Before you’re check in to Second Chance Health & Wellness, a member of our staff will call you to answer your questions and provide important information regarding your visit. Cash or Debit/Credit Cards for payments ONLY! No Checks or money orders!! We are not accepting any insurances at this time. All payments are due on the day of the visits no exceptions!!!
