UPDATE! Class Schedule Starting Mon 11/2

Hi everybody! As most of you know... my day job has been incredibly demanding lately, and trying to juggle that schedule with everything I want to do here has been tough. Very tough. I had to make another decision recently to adjust my class schedule, as well as my work schedule, to some sort of consistency that would help me keep my sanity AND be able to give the best of myself to both worlds. Therefore, effective starting the week of November 2nd, livestream classes will only be happening on Tuesdays and Thursdays. -- Tuesdays:

7:30am Strong30 | 6:00pm Strong30 | 7:00pm Zumba Fitness -- Thursdays: 7:30am Strong30 | 6:00pm Pop Pilates | 7:00pm Zumba Fitness This more concentrated schedule allows me to give more of myself to both of my jobs, as well as create and apply NEW material on a regular basis to each class I teach. For example, once per month I will bring a new quadrant to Strong30, once per month I will bring 1-2 new routines to Pop Pilates, and once per week we will have one new song/routine in Zumba. This also allows me to focus on marketing, creating content, finishing my projects with reasonable timing, and allows me to detach regularly for self-care, which I think we all know is insanely overdue. This schedule may also change due to demand in classes or number of attendees. Urban Cardio is still an optional pop-up class, once I settle into this new routine. If you are registered for a class next week that is during a changed time slot, I will speak with you directly about moving your registration to a time that works for you! Thank you all so much for understanding and for your ongoing support! My pre-recorded classes will continue to happen on a regular basis as well, and I am finally able to work on new material to produce new pre-recorded classes! I'm also working on pre-recorded Zumba Toning, Zumba Step, Zumba Sentao, and Zumba Gold-Toning classes. :) Happy Monday, everyone! See you soon :)
